Historic Walking Tours
Naper Settlement developed three architectural walking tours of downtown Naperville's older commercial and residential neighborhoods. The walking tours highlight many of the homes and buildings plaqued by the Naperville Heritage Society as part of the Historic Structures Plaquing Program as well as other architectural or historically significant structures. Designed to give people a beginning understanding of the variety of historical architecture in Naperville, they provide a glimpse of some of the people who lived in and helped build the community.
Partially supported by a grant from the City of Naperville's Special Events & Cultural Amenities Fund, the brochures are available free of charge at Naper Settlement while supplies last.
