Chapel Rental Rates - Main Level

Includes:
1 hour for rehearsal and 2 hours for service and use of Chapel
Bridal dressing room (located in the lower level)
Rental attendant

Pricing and Fees:

Standard Rate (weekends and weekdays)	$575
Premium Rate (applies to all 3-5 p.m. Saturday Slots)	$625
Holiday Rate (applies to seven holiday weekends*)	$700
Security Deposit	None
Cancellation Fee - 120 days or more	1/2 of the rental fee
Cancellation fee - Less than 120 days	No refund

 

* The seven holiday weekends include the following dates:
1. New Year's Day: New Year's Eve and weekend is applicable
2. Easter Sunday: Good Friday and Saturday before Easter
3. Memorial Day: weekend associated with Memorial Day
4. Fourth of July: weekend associated with Fourth of July
5. Labor Day: weekend associated with Labor Day
6. Thanksgiving Day: Friday, Saturday & Sunday associated with Thanksgiving
7. Christmas Day: Christmas Eve and/or the weekend associated with Christmas

Availability:
Saturday: 9-11 a.m., 12-2 p.m., 3-5 p.m.- Premium Rate,  6-8 p.m.
Sunday: 12:30-2:30 p.m., 3:30-5:30 p.m., 6:30-8:30 p.m.
Monday-Friday: Flexible hours (ask for available times)

HERITAGE HALL RENTAL -
Lower Level of Century Memorial Chapel

Includes:
4-hour rental (minimum) of lower level meeting room/reception hall
Maximum table seating for 80 and standing room for 100
Use of spacious kitchen and choice of room layout
Rental attendant
Setup and takedown by renter/caterer
Additional time available based on scheduling

Availability:
Heritage Hall is not available to rent during any scheduled weddings. This room is primarily available to rent three days a week, Monday through Wednesday only. The Chapel is typically reserved for wedding parties Thursday through Sunday. Please feel free to ask about last minute availability during off-season wedding use for dates throughout the week and weekend.

Please note - Naper Settlement's primary mission is to preserve our community's history and share its stories in an educational environment. The Settlement is proud of the widespread community support it receives in order to accomplish this mission. In recognition and respect of this commitment, the Museum complex is made available for use by appropriate outside groups. To ensure that the Museum continues to maintain its high level of integrity and public trust, outside renters are required to adhere to specific rules and guidelines for the use of the grounds and facilities. Scheduling priorities will defer to the Museum's mission and desire to preserve the facilities to the highest standards.
